Established in 1994 by Mr. Richard How, Mdm. Liew Tai Wee and Mr. Lau Soon Watt, the firm is now involved in a wide range of both statutory and strategic projects and has attracted a broad client base comprising government and private sector clients.

(Registration Number: PC/C-038/95).
