We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth business operations by providing administrative support, coordinating communication across teams, and managing essential business functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing scheduling meetings and coordinating projects submissions and escalation arrangements.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
- Prepare and manage documentation to support various business functions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of tasks.
- Manage the company’s filing system, ensuring that all records are organized and easily accessible.
- Handle client’s inquiries and provide excellent customer service, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as required to support business operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative, admin support, or similar role.
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Good command of English and Malay, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
